Pisco Punch

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Pisco
  • 22.5 ml Pineapple gum syrup
  • 22.5 ml Lemon juice
  • 15 ml Pineapple juice
  • Garnish Pineapple wedge

Preparation

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Don't know how? Pour the drink through a strainer (or the built-in strainer on your shaker) to catch the ice and any solids.
  3. Garnish with pineapple wedge. A wedge is a thick, lengthwise slice — usually a quarter or eighth of the fruit.

Pisco Punch is a historic cocktail that originated in San Francisco during the Gold Rush in the mid-1800s, created by a bartender named Duncan Nicol. Its unique blend of pisco and fruit flavors has made it a lasting favorite.
