Chilcano

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Pisco
  • 15 ml Lime juice
  • 10 ml Sugar syrup
  • 120 ml Ginger ale
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Garnish Lime wheel

Preparation

  1. Build pisco, lime and syrup in a highball glass over ice.
  2. Top with ginger ale.
  3. Add bitters.
  4. Garnish with lime wheel. A wheel is a thin, round cross-section slice of the whole fruit.
