Ingredients
- 60 ml Pisco
- 15 ml Lime juice
- 10 ml Sugar syrup
- 120 ml Ginger ale
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Garnish Lime wheel
Preparation
- Build pisco, lime and syrup in a highball glass over ice.
- Top with ginger ale.
- Add bitters.
- Garnish with lime wheel. A wheel is a thin, round cross-section slice of the whole fruit.
