Pisco Sour

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Pisco
  • 30 ml Lime juice
  • 20 ml Sugar syrup
  • 1 piece Egg white
  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Garnish Angostura bitters drops

Preparation

  1. Dry shake all ingredients without ice.
  2. Shake again with ice.
  3. Strain into a coupe glass. Don't know how? Pour the drink through a strainer (or the built-in strainer on your shaker) to catch the ice and any solids.
  4. Dash bitters on foam.
  5. Garnish with angostura bitters drops.
