Three Dots and a Dash

Ingredients

  • 22.5 ml Aged rhum agricole
  • 22.5 ml Aged Demerara rum
  • 15 ml Lime juice
  • 15 ml Orange juice
  • 15 ml Honey syrup
  • 7.5 ml Falernum Caribbean syrup with lime, almond, and spices

Preparation

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice.

  3. Garnish with three cherries on a pick, mint sprig.

Origin Story

Three Dots and a Dash was created by Donn Beach in the 1940s, a pioneer of Tiki culture in America. The drink's name is a Morse code reference, reflecting the playful and exotic themes prevalent in Tiki cocktails.
