Ingredients

  • 60 ml Barbados rum
  • 22.5 ml Falernum Caribbean syrup with lime, almond, and spices
  • 15 ml Lime juice
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Garnish Lime wedge

Preparation

  1. Build all ingredients in a rocks glass over ice and stir.
  2. Garnish with lime wedge. A wedge is a thick, lengthwise slice — usually a quarter or eighth of the fruit.
