Rosemary Gin Fizz

Ingredients

  • 45 ml Gin
  • 22.5 ml Lemon juice
  • 15 ml Rosemary syrup
  • 1 piece Egg white
  • 60 ml Soda water
  • Garnish Rosemary sprig

Preparation

  1. Dry shake gin, lemon, syrup and egg white.
  2. Shake with ice.
  3. Strain into a Collins glass. Don't know how? Pour the drink through a strainer (or the built-in strainer on your shaker) to catch the ice and any solids.
  4. Top with soda.
  5. Garnish with rosemary sprig.
