Gin Fizz

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Gin
  • 30 ml Lemon juice
  • 15 ml Sugar syrup
  • 90 ml Soda water

Preparation

  1. Shake gin, lemon juice and syrup with ice.
  2. Strain into a Collins glass. Don't know how? Pour the drink through a strainer (or the built-in strainer on your shaker) to catch the ice and any solids.
  3. Top with soda water.
