Lavender Collins

Ingredients

  • 45 ml Gin
  • 22.5 ml Lemon juice
  • 15 ml Lavender syrup
  • 90 ml Soda water
  • Garnish Lavender sprig

Preparation

  1. Shake gin, lemon and lavender syrup with ice.
  2. Strain into a Collins glass over ice. Don't know how? Pour the drink through a strainer (or the built-in strainer on your shaker) to catch the ice and any solids.
  3. Top with soda.
  4. Garnish with lavender sprig.
