Ingredients
- 45 ml Gin
- 22.5 ml Elderflower liqueur e.g. St-Germain
- 22.5 ml Lemon juice
- 90 ml Soda water
- Garnish Cucumber slice, lemon wheel
Preparation
- Shake gin, elderflower and lemon with ice.
- Strain into a Collins glass over ice. Don't know how? Pour the drink through a strainer (or the built-in strainer on your shaker) to catch the ice and any solids.
- Top with soda.
- Garnish with cucumber slice, lemon wheel. A wheel is a thin, round cross-section slice of the whole fruit.
