Ingredients
- 60 ml Tequila blanco
- 60 ml Pink grapefruit juice
- 15 ml Lime juice
- 10 ml Agave syrup
- 60 ml Soda water
- Garnish Pink grapefruit wedge
Preparation
- Shake tequila, juices and syrup with ice.
- Strain into a highball glass over ice. Don't know how? Pour the drink through a strainer (or the built-in strainer on your shaker) to catch the ice and any solids.
- Top with soda.
- Garnish with pink grapefruit wedge. A wedge is a thick, lengthwise slice — usually a quarter or eighth of the fruit.
Origin Story
