Paloma Rosa

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Tequila blanco
  • 60 ml Pink grapefruit juice
  • 15 ml Lime juice
  • 10 ml Agave syrup
  • 60 ml Soda water
  • Garnish Pink grapefruit wedge

Preparation

  1. Shake tequila, juices and syrup with ice.
  2. Strain into a highball glass over ice. Don't know how? Pour the drink through a strainer (or the built-in strainer on your shaker) to catch the ice and any solids.
  3. Top with soda.
  4. Garnish with pink grapefruit wedge. A wedge is a thick, lengthwise slice — usually a quarter or eighth of the fruit.

Origin Story

The Paloma Rosa is a modern variation of the classic Paloma, which originated in Mexico, and gained popularity in the 2000s. Its refreshing grapefruit flavors and vibrant color appeal to those seeking a light and fruity cocktail.
