Ingredients
- 30 ml White rum
- 15 ml Peach liqueur e.g. Crème de Pêche, Giffard
- 22.5 ml Lime juice
- 15 ml Honey syrup
- 12 leaves Mint leaves
- 30 ml Pineapple juice
- Garnish Mint sprig
Preparation
- Blend all ingredients with crushed ice until smooth.
- Pour into a hurricane glass.
- Garnish with mint sprig.
