Ingredients
- 60 ml White rum
- 45 ml Coconut cream
- 90 ml Pineapple juice
- Garnish Pineapple wedge, cherry
Preparation
- Blend all ingredients with a cup of crushed ice until smooth.
- Pour into a hurricane glass.
- Garnish with pineapple wedge, cherry. A wedge is a thick, lengthwise slice — usually a quarter or eighth of the fruit.
