Ingredients
- 30 ml Dark rum
- 30 ml White rum
- 15 ml Orange curaçao
- 22.5 ml Lime juice
- 45 ml Pineapple juice
- 10 ml Grenadine
- Garnish Pineapple wedge, cherry
Preparation
- Shake all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into a tiki mug over crushed ice. Don't know how? Pour the drink through a strainer (or the built-in strainer on your shaker) to catch the ice and any solids.
- Garnish with pineapple wedge, cherry. A wedge is a thick, lengthwise slice — usually a quarter or eighth of the fruit.
