Ingredients

  • 22.5 ml Dark Jamaican rum
  • 22.5 ml Gold Puerto Rican rum
  • 22.5 ml 151 Demerara rum
  • 15 ml Lime juice
  • 15 ml Grapefruit juice
  • 15 ml Cinnamon syrup
  • 15 ml Falernum Caribbean syrup with lime, almond, and spices
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 2 drop Absinthe
  • Garnish Cinnamon stick

Preparation

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into a tiki mug over crushed ice. Don't know how? Pour the drink through a strainer (or the built-in strainer on your shaker) to catch the ice and any solids.
  3. Garnish with cinnamon stick.

The Jet Pilot cocktail emerged during the Tiki craze of the 1940s and 1950s, known for its bold flavors and potent mix of rums. It captures the adventurous spirit of the era, inviting drinkers to experience a taste of the tropics.
