Bee's Kiss

Ingredients

  • 45 ml White rum
  • 15 ml Honey syrup
  • 22.5 ml Heavy cream high-fat cream (36%+), also called double cream

Preparation

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Don't know how? Pour the drink through a strainer (or the built-in strainer on your shaker) to catch the ice and any solids.
