Ingredients
- 45 ml Vodka
- 30 ml Coffee liqueur e.g. Kahlúa, Mr. Black
- 30 ml Heavy cream high-fat cream (36%+), also called double cream
Preparation
- Build vodka and coffee liqueur over ice in a rocks glass.
- Float cream on top. Don't know how? Pour slowly over the back of a bar spoon held just above the surface so the liquid sits on top rather than mixing in.
