Whiskey Fix

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Bourbon e.g. Maker's Mark, Buffalo Trace, Woodford Reserve
  • 22.5 ml Lemon juice
  • 15 ml Sugar syrup
  • Garnish Lemon wheel

Preparation

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice. Don't know how? Pour the drink through a strainer (or the built-in strainer on your shaker) to catch the ice and any solids.
  3. Garnish with lemon wheel. A wheel is a thin, round cross-section slice of the whole fruit.
