Whiskey Daisy

Ingredients

  • 45 ml Bourbon e.g. Maker's Mark, Buffalo Trace, Woodford Reserve
  • 22.5 ml Lemon juice
  • 15 ml Grenadine
  • 7.5 ml Yellow Chartreuse
  • 30 ml Soda water
  • Garnish Orange slice, berries

Preparation

  1. Shake bourbon, lemon, grenadine and Chartreuse with ice.
  2. Strain into a coupe. Don't know how? Pour the drink through a strainer (or the built-in strainer on your shaker) to catch the ice and any solids.
  3. Top with soda.
  4. Garnish with orange slice, berries.
