Sloe Gin Fizz

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Sloe gin
  • 30 ml Lemon juice
  • 15 ml Sugar syrup
  • 90 ml Soda water
  • Garnish Lemon wheel

Preparation

  1. Shake sloe gin, lemon and syrup with ice.
  2. Strain into a Collins glass over ice. Don't know how? Pour the drink through a strainer (or the built-in strainer on your shaker) to catch the ice and any solids.
  3. Top with soda.
  4. Garnish with lemon wheel. A wheel is a thin, round cross-section slice of the whole fruit.
