Ingredients
- 60 ml Sloe gin
- 30 ml Lemon juice
- 15 ml Sugar syrup
- 90 ml Soda water
- Garnish Lemon wheel
Preparation
- Shake sloe gin, lemon and syrup with ice.
- Strain into a Collins glass over ice. Don't know how? Pour the drink through a strainer (or the built-in strainer on your shaker) to catch the ice and any solids.
- Top with soda.
- Garnish with lemon wheel. A wheel is a thin, round cross-section slice of the whole fruit.
