Ingredients

  • 60 ml White port
  • 120 ml Tonic water
  • Garnish Rosemary sprig, lemon peel

Preparation

  1. Build over ice in a wine glass.
  2. Stir gently.
  3. Garnish with rosemary sprig, lemon peel. Use a peeler or knife to cut a wide strip, avoiding the white pith. Twist it over the drink to release the oils, then drop it in.
