Ingredients
- 60 ml Dark rum
- 120 ml Pineapple juice
- 30 ml Orange juice
- 30 ml Coconut cream
- Garnish Grated nutmeg, pineapple wedge
Preparation
- Shake all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into a hurricane glass over crushed ice. Don't know how? Pour the drink through a strainer (or the built-in strainer on your shaker) to catch the ice and any solids.
- Add grate nutmeg on top.
- Garnish with grated nutmeg, pineapple wedge. A wedge is a thick, lengthwise slice — usually a quarter or eighth of the fruit.
Origin Story
