Ingredients

  • 350 ml Jamaican rum
  • 250 ml Cognac
  • 125 ml Peach brandy
  • 250 ml Lemon juice
  • 200 ml Sugar
  • 500 ml Water
  • Garnish Lemon wheels

Preparation

  1. Dissolve sugar in water.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir.
  3. Serve over a large ice block in a punch bowl.
  4. Serves approximately 12.
  5. Garnish with lemon wheels. A wheel is a thin, round cross-section slice of the whole fruit.
