Ingredients

  • 250 ml Bourbon e.g. Maker's Mark, Buffalo Trace, Woodford Reserve
  • 250 ml Dark rum
  • 125 ml Cognac
  • 750 ml Champagne
  • 250 ml Lemon juice
  • 125 ml Sugar syrup
  • 500 ml Green tea
  • Garnish Lemon wheels

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients except champagne in a punch bowl over ice.
  2. Add champagne just before serving.
  3. Serves approximately 15.
  4. Garnish with lemon wheels. A wheel is a thin, round cross-section slice of the whole fruit.
