Ingredients
- 30 ml Angostura bitters
- 45 ml Coconut cream
- 90 ml Pineapple juice
- 15 ml Lime juice
- Garnish Pineapple wedge, grated nutmeg
Preparation
- Blend all ingredients with crushed ice until smooth.
- Pour into a hurricane glass.
- Garnish with pineapple wedge, grated nutmeg. A wedge is a thick, lengthwise slice — usually a quarter or eighth of the fruit.
