Ingredients
- 30 ml Gin
- 30 ml Lillet Blanc
- 30 ml Gentiane liqueur e.g. Suze, Salers
- Garnish Grapefruit twist
Preparation
- Stir all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Don't know how? Pour the drink through a strainer (or the built-in strainer on your shaker) to catch the ice and any solids.
- Garnish with grapefruit twist. Use a peeler or knife to cut a wide strip, avoiding the white pith. Twist it over the drink to release the oils, then drop it in.
Origin Story
The Negroni Bianco is a lighter variation of the classic Negroni, gaining traction in the 21st century as drinkers sought refreshing alternatives. Its use of white vermouth and other lighter ingredients reflects modern cocktail trends.
