Hot Buttered Rum

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Dark rum
  • 15 ml Butter
  • 1 barspoon Brown sugar
  • 120 ml Hot water
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg
  • Garnish Cinnamon stick

Preparation

  1. Dissolve butter and brown sugar in hot water.
  2. Add rum and spices.
  3. Stir gently.
  4. Garnish with cinnamon stick.
