Ingredients
- 60 ml Bourbon e.g. Maker's Mark, Buffalo Trace, Woodford Reserve
- 1 barspoon Honey
- 15 ml Lemon juice
- 120 ml Hot water
- Garnish Lemon wheel, cinnamon stick
Preparation
- Combine honey and hot water to dissolve.
- Add bourbon and lemon juice.
- Stir gently.
- Garnish with lemon wheel, cinnamon stick. A wheel is a thin, round cross-section slice of the whole fruit.
