Ingredients

  • 60 ml Bourbon e.g. Maker's Mark, Buffalo Trace, Woodford Reserve
  • 120 ml Ginger ale
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Garnish Long lemon peel spiral

Preparation

  1. Build in a highball glass over ice.
  2. Drape lemon peel spiral inside the glass.
  3. Garnish with long lemon peel spiral. Use a peeler or knife to cut a wide strip, avoiding the white pith. Twist it over the drink to release the oils, then drop it in.
