Grilled Pineapple Mezcal

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Mezcal
  • 30 ml Grilled pineapple juice
  • 22.5 ml Lime juice
  • 15 ml Agave syrup
  • 1 pinch Chili flakes
  • Garnish Grilled pineapple wedge

Preparation

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into a rocks glass over ice. Don't know how? Pour the drink through a strainer (or the built-in strainer on your shaker) to catch the ice and any solids.
  3. Garnish with grilled pineapple wedge. A wedge is a thick, lengthwise slice — usually a quarter or eighth of the fruit.
