Gin Tonica

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Gin
  • 150 ml Premium tonic water
  • 3 piece Juniper berries
  • Garnish Grapefruit peel, juniper berries, rosemary

Preparation

  1. Build in a balloon wine glass over large ice cubes.
  2. Add garnishes before pouring tonic.
  3. Stir gently.
  4. Garnish with grapefruit peel, juniper berries, rosemary. Use a peeler or knife to cut a wide strip, avoiding the white pith. Twist it over the drink to release the oils, then drop it in.
