Cantarito

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Tequila reposado
  • 30 ml Orange juice
  • 30 ml Grapefruit juice
  • 15 ml Lime juice
  • 60 ml Grapefruit soda
  • 1 pinch Pinch of salt
  • Garnish Lime wheel

Preparation

  1. Rim the highball with salt. Don't know how? Moisten the rim with a citrus wedge, then dip it in a plate of salt.
  2. Shake juices and tequila with ice.
  3. Strain into a highball over ice. Don't know how? Pour the drink through a strainer (or the built-in strainer on your shaker) to catch the ice and any solids.
  4. Top with grapefruit soda.
  5. Garnish with lime wheel. A wheel is a thin, round cross-section slice of the whole fruit.
