Ingredients
- 45 ml Spiced rum
- 22.5 ml Orange curaçao
- 22.5 ml Lemon juice
- 15 ml Sugar syrup
- Garnish Cinnamon, orange peel
Preparation
- Rim the coupe with cinnamon sugar. Don't know how? Moisten the rim with a citrus wedge, then dip it in a plate of cinnamon sugar.
- Shake all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into a coupe. Don't know how? Pour the drink through a strainer (or the built-in strainer on your shaker) to catch the ice and any solids.
- Garnish with orange peel. Use a peeler or knife to cut a wide strip, avoiding the white pith. Twist it over the drink to release the oils, then drop it in.
