White Lady

Ingredients

  • 45 ml Gin
  • 22.5 ml Triple sec
  • 22.5 ml Lemon juice
  • 1 piece Egg white

Preparation

  1. Dry shake all ingredients.
  2. Shake with ice.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Don't know how? Pour the drink through a strainer (or the built-in strainer on your shaker) to catch the ice and any solids.

The White Lady cocktail dates back to the 1920s and is believed to have been created by Harry MacElhone at the famous Harry's New York Bar in Paris. This classic drink has become a staple in cocktail culture, known for its elegant simplicity.
