Ingredients

  • 30 ml Angostura bitters
  • 30 ml Orgeat
  • 22.5 ml Lemon juice
  • 15 ml Rye whiskey e.g. Rittenhouse, Bulleit Rye, Old Overholt

Preparation

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Don't know how? Pour the drink through a strainer (or the built-in strainer on your shaker) to catch the ice and any solids.
