Port Light

Ingredients

  • 30 ml Bourbon e.g. Maker's Mark, Buffalo Trace, Woodford Reserve
  • 22.5 ml Passion fruit syrup
  • 22.5 ml Lemon juice
  • 1 piece Egg white
  • 5 ml Grenadine
  • Garnish Grated nutmeg

Preparation

  1. Dry shake all ingredients.
  2. Shake with ice.
  3. Strain into a tiki mug over crushed ice. Don't know how? Pour the drink through a strainer (or the built-in strainer on your shaker) to catch the ice and any solids.
  4. Garnish with grated nutmeg.
