Ingredients

45 ml Vanilla vodka
30 ml Passion fruit purée
15 ml Lime juice

Preparation

Shake vodka, purée, lime and syrup with ice.
Strain into a Collins glass over ice. Don't know how? Pour the drink through a strainer (or the built-in strainer on your shaker) to catch the ice and any solids.
Top with prosecco.
Garnish with half passion fruit.
