Ingredients
- 30 ml Elderflower liqueur e.g. St-Germain
- 120 ml Prosecco
- 30 ml Soda water
- 10 ml Lime juice
- Garnish Mint sprig, lime wheel
Preparation
- Build over ice in a wine glass.
- Add elderflower liqueur, lime, prosecco and soda.
- Stir gently.
- Garnish with mint sprig, lime wheel. A wheel is a thin, round cross-section slice of the whole fruit.
