Ingredients

  • 60 ml Bourbon e.g. Maker's Mark, Buffalo Trace, Woodford Reserve
  • 2 slice Peach
  • 22.5 ml Lemon juice
  • 15 ml Sugar syrup
  • 4 leaves Mint leaves
  • Garnish Peach slice, mint sprig

Preparation

  1. Muddle peach and mint with syrup.
  2. Add bourbon and lemon.
  3. Shake with ice.
  4. Strain into a rocks glass over ice. Don't know how? Pour the drink through a strainer (or the built-in strainer on your shaker) to catch the ice and any solids.
  5. Garnish with peach slice, mint sprig.
