Ingredients
- 30 ml Campari
- 30 ml Sweet vermouth e.g. Carpano Antica, Cocchi di Torino
- 30 ml Prosecco
- Garnish Orange slice
Preparation
- Build Campari and vermouth in a rocks glass over ice.
- Top with prosecco.
- Stir gently.
- Garnish with orange slice.
Origin Story
The Negroni Sbagliato was accidentally created in the 1970s at Bar Basso in Milan, Italy, when a bartender mistakenly used prosecco instead of gin in a Negroni. This twist has since become a popular variation.
