Michelada

Ingredients

  • 180 ml Mexican lager
  • 30 ml Lime juice
  • 3 dashes Hot sauce
  • 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 dash Soy sauce
  • 30 ml Tomato juice
  • Garnish Lime wedge

Preparation

  1. Rim the highball with salt. Don't know how? Moisten the rim with a citrus wedge, then dip it in a plate of salt.
  2. Build all ingredients in a chili highball over ice.
  3. Garnish with lime wedge. A wedge is a thick, lengthwise slice — usually a quarter or eighth of the fruit.
