Ingredients
- 45 ml Vodka
- 120 ml Clamato juice
- 10 ml Lime juice
- 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 2 dashes Hot sauce
- 1 pinch Celery salt
- Garnish Celery stalk, lime wedge
Preparation
- Rim the highball with salt. Don't know how? Moisten the rim with a citrus wedge, then dip it in a plate of salt.
- Build all ingredients in a celery highball over ice and stir.
- Garnish with celery stalk, lime wedge. A wedge is a thick, lengthwise slice — usually a quarter or eighth of the fruit.

The Bloody Caesar was invented in 1969 in Calgary, Canada, by bartender Walter Chell as a twist on the Bloody Mary. It incorporates Clamato juice, giving it a unique flavor that has made it a Canadian favorite.
