Ingredients

  • 30 ml Tequila blanco
  • 15 ml Lime juice
  • 15 ml Agave syrup
  • 60 ml Champagne
  • Garnish Lime twist

Preparation

  1. Shake the tequila, lime juice and agave syrup with ice.
  2. Strain into a chilled flute. Don't know how? Pour the drink through a strainer (or the built-in strainer on your shaker) to catch the ice and any solids.
  3. Top with champagne.
