Ingredients
- 45 ml Irish whiskey e.g. Jameson, Redbreast
- 120 ml Hot coffee
- 1 barspoon Demerara sugar
- 30 ml Lightly whipped cream
Preparation
- Dissolve sugar in hot coffee.
- Add whiskey and stir.
- Float lightly whipped cream on top by pouring over the back of a spoon.
