Ingredients
- 30 ml Gin
- 15 ml Cherry Heering
- 7.5 ml Bénédictine
- 7.5 ml Triple sec
- 120 ml Pineapple juice
- 15 ml Lime juice
- 10 ml Grenadine
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- Garnish Pineapple wedge, cherry
Preparation
- Shake all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass. Don't know how? Pour the drink through a strainer (or the built-in strainer on your shaker) to catch the ice and any solids.
- Garnish with pineapple wedge, cherry. A wedge is a thick, lengthwise slice — usually a quarter or eighth of the fruit.
