Gin Basil Smash

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Gin
  • 22.5 ml Lemon juice
  • 15 ml Sugar syrup
  • 10 leaves Basil leaves
  • Garnish Basil sprig

Preparation

  1. Muddle basil with lemon and syrup.
  2. Add gin.
  3. Shake with ice and double strain into a rocks glass over ice.
  4. Garnish with basil sprig.
