Cucumber Martini

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Gin
  • 15 ml Dry vermouth e.g. Noilly Prat, Dolin Dry
  • 4 slice Cucumber
  • 5 ml Sugar syrup
  • Garnish Cucumber ribbon

Preparation

  1. Muddle cucumber with syrup.
  2. Add gin and vermouth.
  3. Shake with ice and double strain into a martini glass.
  4. Garnish with cucumber ribbon.
