Clover Club (Dry)

Ingredients

  • 45 ml Gin
  • 22.5 ml Dry vermouth e.g. Noilly Prat, Dolin Dry
  • 15 ml Lemon juice
  • 15 ml Raspberry syrup
  • 1 piece Egg white
  • Garnish Raspberry

Preparation

  1. Dry shake all ingredients.
  2. Shake with ice.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Don't know how? Pour the drink through a strainer (or the built-in strainer on your shaker) to catch the ice and any solids.
  4. Garnish with raspberry.

The Clover Club cocktail originated in the late 19th century in Philadelphia, named after a gentlemen's club that celebrated the arts and culture. It gained popularity for its refreshing taste and elegant presentation, often served at social gatherings.
