Ingredients
- 15 ml Coffee liqueur e.g. Kahlúa, Mr. Black
- 15 ml Baileys Irish Cream
- 15 ml Grand Marnier
Preparation
- Layer ingredients in order in a shot glass, pouring each over the back of a barspoon. A bar spoon has a long twisted handle — pour slowly over the back to layer liquids without mixing.
Origin Story
The B-52 shooter emerged in the 1970s and is named after the B-52 Stratofortress bomber, becoming popular in bars for its visually striking layered presentation.
