Ingredients
- 45 ml Añejo rum
- 15 ml Orange curaçao
- 15 ml Lime juice
- 90 ml Ginger beer
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Garnish Orange slice, lime wheel
Preparation
- Shake rum, curaçao and lime with ice.
- Strain into a highball glass over ice. Don't know how? Pour the drink through a strainer (or the built-in strainer on your shaker) to catch the ice and any solids.
- Top with ginger beer.
- Dash bitters on top.
- Garnish with orange slice, lime wheel. A wheel is a thin, round cross-section slice of the whole fruit.
