Anejo Highball

Ingredients

  • 45 ml Añejo rum
  • 15 ml Orange curaçao
  • 15 ml Lime juice
  • 90 ml Ginger beer
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Garnish Orange slice, lime wheel

Preparation

  1. Shake rum, curaçao and lime with ice.
  2. Strain into a highball glass over ice. Don't know how? Pour the drink through a strainer (or the built-in strainer on your shaker) to catch the ice and any solids.
  3. Top with ginger beer.
  4. Dash bitters on top.
  5. Garnish with orange slice, lime wheel. A wheel is a thin, round cross-section slice of the whole fruit.
