Ingredients
- 45 ml Vodka
- 120 ml Orange juice
- 15 ml Galliano
- Garnish Orange slice
Preparation
- Build vodka and orange juice over ice in a highball glass.
- Float Galliano on top. Don't know how? Pour slowly over the back of a bar spoon held just above the surface so the liquid sits on top rather than mixing in.
- Garnish with orange slice.
Origin Story
The Harvey Wallbanger emerged in the 1970s in the United States, often associated with the California cocktail scene. It is said to be named after a surfer named Harvey who was known for his penchant for this vodka, orange juice, and Galliano mix.
